Diesel forktrucks are often described as ‘rugged’ and ‘hardworking’, ideally suited for outdoor applications, while lead-acid electric forktrucks historically would be seen to be more suited to internal warehousing and manufacturing sites. Taking the conventional gas & diesel forklift but replacing the traditional internal combustion engine with a high torque output and powerful lithium battery pack, our brand new EFL25 powertrain has been replaced by a cleaner, greener 205AH lithium power pack & super-fast charger. Switching to Lithium means that the EFL25 benefits from vastly reduced maintenance costs, zero emissions and almost noise free running. Replacing the entire engine, drive train, cooling system & exhaust with a Lithium battery means there are significantly fewer moving parts, offering savings on maintenance while reducing downtime, increasing uptime & productivity.
Unlike, traditional electric lead-acid forklift trucks, all our forklift trucks are powered by a li-ion battery. The integration of a superfast charger means that the EFL25 benefits from massively extended running time, the likes of which has not been seen in the industry until now. This EFL25 supports opportunity charging which means it can be charged at any moment of inactivity, including lunch & tea breaks, without disrupting working schedules. Lithium power pack is a sealed unit, this means that unlike with lead-acid powered forklift trucks, there are no distilled water costs or acid spills.
